Tum Bin (2001) romantic movie 1080P Download

And you were expecting a hackneyed love story.

Here's news. Tum Bin will surpass your expectations.

A film revolving around a girl and three men who enter her life, Tum Bin is a good first attempt. Only, it's very evident it's a first attempt.

The beginning -- a hit and run accident. Shekhar Malhotra (Priyanshu Chatterjee), a corporate whiz, kills Amar Shah (Rakesh Bapat), an industrialist from Canada.

Amar was to get married in a week. Unable to live with the guilt and haunted by Amar's fiance Pia's (Sandali Sinha) poem (which she recites to Shekhar mistaking him for Amar), Shekhar decides to go to Canada to meet Amar's family.

Only sto find an old father numb with grief, a sister who misses her brother and Pia, who is struggling to save the sinking Shah industry.Predictably, Shekhar manages to get through Pia's prickly defenses, solves math puzzles for Amar's younger sister, wins over Amar's father, grandmother and Pia's best friend. He even manages to weave his magic wand and turn the company around.

There is another twist in the tale -- Abhigyan (Himanshu Malik), a suave business tycoon, who falls in love with Pia at first sight.

That's the first half. Which holds your attention. Especially notable are the scenes which show Shekhar celebrating Diwali alone and his conversations with his friend that portray a man in conflict trying to do the right thing.

Shekhar's attempts to help Pia and his relationship with Amar's sister are fairly well etched, despite some clichd dialogues and screenplay. His servile attitude in trying to worm his way into letting her work with him, for example. His managing to get a contract within a few hours is rather implausible. The scene when he gifts Pia a hat and asks her to keep smiling is overdone.

The second half disappoints. Unable to tell Pia that he loves her, Shekhar tries at playing martyr. Realising that Abhigyan loves Pia and would be a perfect match, Shekhar tries to make way.

What's interesting here is the way director Anubhav Sinha portrays Shekhar physically moving out of Abhigyan's path or even the scene when Abhigyan realises that Shekhar is also in love with Pia.Himanshu Malik as Abhigyan fails to convey the required conflict and the third angle in Pia's life. Wooden and stiff in parts, his longwinded and supposedly romantic dialogues fall flat. Continously repeating some mumbo jumbo about a ring, fingers and murmuring Pia's name like a parrot, Abhigyan seems more loony than moony.

His movements are very exaggerated and seem like an extension of his modelling and music video experience.

Munna Bhai MBBS Full Movie Download

The year 2003 has witnessed several new directors enter the fray. Coincidentally, the two releases of this week are also directed by first-timers. A few names left an impression, some made a hasty exit.

Editor Rajkumar Hirani, who makes his bow as a director with MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S., handles a complex subject in his debut vehicle. A wacko theme, the flick offers laughter in abundance, has moments that melt your heart and bring a tear in your eye, plus propagates a message love can overcome all sorrows.
Thats precisely why MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. works!
Munnabhai [Sanjay Dutt] lives with his gang in the bylanes of a dhobi ghat in Mumbai, takes pride in being a social worker [they actually settle financial disputes through dadagiri] and enjoys his booze, babes, brawls
Munnas father, Hari Prasad Sharma [Sunil Dutt], an upright, moralistic man, believes that his son is actually a doctor running a charity hospital. Every year, when his parents arrive, Munna and his gang bathe, shave, don white coats and stethoscopes and pretend to be diligent doctors.

But the clever charade falls apart. Hari Prasad Sharma runs into an old friend, Dr. Asthana [Boman Irani], who has a daughter called Suman [Gracy Singh]. The two decide that their children, both doctors, would make a perfect match. Munna tries hard to save the situation, but his father discovers the truth. And all hell breaks loose.

Hari Prasad Sharma, now broken by the truth, removes his white spotless pagdi and cries. Munnabhai then takes a decision that would change many lives he decides to become a doctor
Loosely inspired by the 1998 flick PATCH ADAMS [starring Robin Williams, directed by Tom Shadyac], MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. succeeds largely due to a clever screenplay, fantastic performances and most importantly, the strong emotional quotient it has to offer.
Making people laugh is indeed the most arduous task, but MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. assures smiles and laughter aplenty from scene A to Z. A feel-good fare, the story takes you on a journey thats rarely been depicted on Hindi screen before.
From the writing point of view, MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. has several highpoints

The sequence when Boman Irani exposes Sanjay Dutt in front of his parents, Sunil Dutt and Rohini Hattangadi, is skilfully executed.
The Jimmy Shergill track [second half] is amongst the best parts of this enterprise.
The game of carrom in the hospital, when an ailing elderly man picks up courage to play the game, is bound to move one and all.
The sequences between Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi all through the film are thoroughly entertaining. The camaraderie is simply fantastic.

However, the film offers very Mumbaiya kind of humour. It would be interesting to observe the kind of response it may garner in other parts of the country.
The pace of the film drops slightly towards the second half. The film can do without the romantic track, Chhan Chhan [filmed on Sanjay and Gracy]. Besides this song, the film ought to be trimmed by at least 10 minutes to make the goings-on crisper.
Yet, MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. is worth watching for the tender moments it has to offer. Moments that you carry home after the show has ended.

Rajkumar Hiranis strength lies in the fact that he has extracted wonderful performances from just about everyone in the film, not just from the principal cast. If he deserves 5 out of 5 for this very reason, he loses a point as an editor. As mentioned above, the film needs to be trimmed by at least 10 minutes that would only work to the films advantage.
The screenplay [Rajkumar Hirani, Lajan Joseph and Vidhu Vinod Chopra] couldve been tighter. The film has engaging moments in abundance, but the goings-on couldve been concise towards the second half.
Dialogues [Abbas Tyrewala] are commendable, especially the ones delivered by Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi. The witty one-liners and the tapori lingo should go down well with the masses. Cinematography [Binod Pradhan] is flawless.
If VAASTAV was a turning point in Sanjay Dutts fluctuating career, another film that will make people sit up and notice his talent is MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. Known as an action man all through his career, the actor proves with this performance that he can carry off a light-hearted flick firmly on his shoulders. He is lovable as a bhai, aspiring to be a doctor and equally impactful towards the end when death snatches away one of the patients [Jimmy Shergill]. A knock-out performance undoubtedly!
Sunil Dutt is such a pleasure to watch after a hiatus. The small but significant role remains etched due to this veterans expert portrayal. In fact, this is the second time the father and son have starred in a film [J.P. Duttas KSHATRIYA was the first!] and the moments they share on screen look straight out of life, especially the hug [jadoo ki jhappi] in the climax. Gracy Singh is first-rate, delivering a controlled performance. The actress is getting better with every release.
Jimmy Shergill is excellent. The sequence when he learns that he is suffering from a killer disease and his outburst thereafter proves that the actor is capable of so much more, provided he is offered the right kind of roles.

Arshad Warsi is outstanding, complimenting Sanjay Dutt at every step. Though he doesnt have lengthy dialogues to deliver, his sheer presence, his expressions all through and the mannerisms will win him plaudits from one and all.

Boman Irani is fabulous. The film offers him ample scope to display histrionics and he makes the most of it by doing full justice to it. Rohini Hattangadi lends adequate support.
On the whole, MUNNABHAI M.B.B.S. is amongst the best movies churned out from Bollywood in the recent times. At the box-office, the emotions interlaced with light moments should ensure a victorious run for the film. Business in Mumbai territory should prove to be the best.

PK Story: An alien lands on earth but loses his remote to go home. Does 'PK' return - and as he navigates the human world, what does he gain and lose?

PK Review: Arriving on earth, an alien (Aamir) is immediately robbed of the only thing he's wearing, the remote via which he can go home. Knowing nothing of human ways, language, clothing or lies, the alien searches desperately for his remote, his antics bizarre enough for people to ask if he's 'pee kay' or drunk. One day, 'PK' meets Jaggu (Anushka), a TV reporter who helps him. Can they find PK's remote, now with god-man Tapasvi ji (Shukla)? And do PK and Jaggu also find love?
PK is as much a philosophy as a film. It takes the 'stranded alien' theme, familiar from classics like ET, but tells the tale equally from the lonely alien's eyes - at times, evoking the beautiful story The Little Prince - as from his human narrator's. Starting with the alien's desperation, PK captures the fears and falsehoods humans weave around faith. When PK decides to pray for his remote, he's bewildered about whom to and how to pray. PK features brave scenes - money extracted at temples, coconuts offered in confusion at a church, god-men doling out tortuous advice - and strong lines, including a Muslim girl bravely asserting, "Itna chota nahin ho sakta hamara khuda, ki use hamare school jaane pe aitraaz ho." Capturing faith whipped into hate, PK's sterling message, directed sensitively, stands out.

As does Aamir Khan as the wide-eyed alien bemused by human life, a paan-chomping Chaplin from outer space, liked by rustic Bhairon Singh (Sanjay Dutt in a warming cameo). PK's simplicity contrasts with Jaggu's complicated life, heartbroken after she thinks her Pakistani boyfriend Sarfaraz (Sushant) ditched her in chocolate-box Belgium. Tapasvi warned Jaggu's father (Parikshet Sahani) that her Muslim lover would betray her - does PK prove him wrong?

Anushka presents a sprightly show while Boman Irani stands out as a TV channel head. Some supporting acts and special effects could've been sharper though while at points, editor Raju Hirani should've been sterner with director Raju Hirani in trimming tighter scenes. Between gods, frauds, love and bombs, there are multiple threads here. Some distract, others impact, like PK hilariously dazed by humans hiding when they make out - except when they announce it with band-baaja on their wedding day.

M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story FULL MOVIE DOWNLOAD 720P HD

Story: The biopic on Indias celebrated skipper, MS Dhoni (played by Sushant Singh Rajput) is the cricketers ode to his well-wishers, friends and family, who stood by him at all times - in success and failure. Their immense contribution in fulfilling his dream, his faith in himself and ability to battle professional and personal setbacks, forms the story.

Review: If you are a diehard fan of MS Dhoni and cricket (in that order), you are bound to love this film, which reveres its protagonist. Despite the glorification, what works is Sushants impeccable portrayal of a stoic Dhoni and the latters inspiring untold story - his journey from being a ticket collector to a renowned attacking batsman/wicket-keeper/captain.Sushant internalises his character and becomes MSD, without heavily mimicking the cricketer. He even nails his iconic helicopter shot and restrained personality. The actor scores a winning knock. The film also boasts of a spectacular first-half, which showcases Dhonis initial struggle as an aspiring professional cricketer. It reminds you why sportsmen deserve the fame and money they get.

Neeraj Pandey recreates Dhonis Ranchi life beautifully. He keeps it authentic and relatable. This one scene shot at Kharagpur station particularly stands out. Sushant is seen trying to make his way through a sea of people. Its him going against the tide, summing up Dhonis life journey as well. Supporting actors deserve a special mention as their performances tug at your heartstrings. A scene featuring Yuvraj Singh (Herry Tangri) is outstanding.

However the biopic loses its momentum in the second half with Dhonis love life getting undue prominence. Also, the cricketers questionable decisions or possible vices are mostly overlooked. His tiff with the senior players (Sehwag, Gambhir), rivalry with Yuvraj Singh, love-hate relationship with the media, team politics and criticism faced on occasions, barely find a passing reference. As a full-fledged biopic, this one-dimensional approach towards the lead character leaves you a tad discontented. But since you see the film through Dhonis eyes, its justified as one rarely sees faults in oneself.

3 Idiots 2009 Movie Download 1080p

Story: Rancho, Raju and Farhan enter the elite engineering college, only to learn lessons of life that cannot be taught through books and classrooms. Principal Viru Sahastrabuddhe is no help at all.

Movie Review: Rest assured, all ye desi cinema buffs, Aal Izz Well in apna Bollywood. If 2009 can begin with Dev D and end with 3 Idiots, it is indeed time to sound the seetis and taalis for one of the most exciting years of contemporary Indian cinema. Truly, this has been the year of the I.d.i.o.t in movielore: the Intrinsically intelligent, Downright smart, Inimitable, Original and Talented film maker, actor, story teller, musician, lyricist, dialogue writer and producer.
3 Idiots is the perfect end to an exciting year for India: the year when the aam aadmi voted in progress, liberalism, secularism and turned his back to corruption, communalism, regionalism. The three idiots, Rancchoddas Shyamaldas Chanchad (Aamir Khan), Raju Rastogi (Sharman Joshi) and Farhan Qureshi (R Madhavan), are perfect archetypes of the new age Indian who is essentially a non-conformist, questioning outmoded givens, choosing to live life on his own terms and chartering new roads that consciously skirt the rat race. Of course, they begin on the beaten track -- due to societal/parental pressure -- but refuse to become cogs in the wheel. Naturally, they end up as the Frostian hero (Robert Frost's Road Not Taken) who made all the difference to his life, and the world, by taking the road less travelled by.

The film begins with the entry of our threesome in the city's elite engineering college. It takes the first tryst with the mandatory ragging sessions which enunciate who the leader of the gang is going to be: new entrant Baba Rancchoddas, as his friends fondly call him. Rancho not only leads his friends through the maze of India's competitive, high-pressure, rote-heavy, illogical and almost cruel education system, he tutors them on several life mantras too. Like, running after excellence, not success; questioning not blindly accepting givens; inventing and experimenting in lieu of copying and cramming; and essentially following your heart's calling if you truly want to make a difference.

So, you have the threesome embroiled, time and again, in a confrontation with authority, as represented through the domineering figure of Viru Sahastrabuddhe (Boman Irani), the unsmiling Principal who venerates the cuckoo because the bird's life begins with murder. Kill the competition, because there is only one place at the top, believes the Princi. Poor, mistaken Princi! Doesn't he know that competition is effete, model students like Chatur (Omi) end up as duhs in real life and non-conformists (Rancho and Rocket Singh Inc), who care tuppence about being on top, could end up as eventual winners. More importantly, they could be high not only in IQ (intelligence quotient) but in EQ (emotional quotient) too, never losing their humaneness and social networking skills.

The high point of the film is the fact that director Rajkumar Hirani says so much, and more, without losing his sense of humour and the sheer lightness of being. The film is a laugh riot, despite being high on fundas. Certain sequences almost have you rolling in the aisle, like the ragging sequence, Omi's chamatkar/balatkar speech, the threesome's wedding crasher sequence, their mournful meal with Raju's mournful mum and Rancho's sundry demos to prove how Kareena has chosen the wrong guy for herself. Add to this, the strong emotional core of the film that makes gentle tugs, now and then, at your guts, and you have an almost perfect score. Hirani carries forward his simplistic `humanism alone works' philosophy of the Lage Raho Munnabhai series in 3 Idiots too, making it a warm and vivacious signature tune to 2009. The second half of the film does falter in parts, specially the child birth sequence, but it doesn't take long for the film to jump back on track.

Amongst the performances, Aamir Khan is stupendous as the rule-breaker Rancho. But the rest of the cast doesn't remain in the shadows. Both Sharman and Madhavan manage to carve their independent characters as lovable rebels too. Even Kareena shines out, despite the minuscule length of her role. A special mention for Boman Irani who is impeccable as `Virus', the vile Principal and newcomer Omi who perfectly slips into the stereotype of the best, albeit bakwas student. Shantanu Moitra's music score, which may have sounded pheeka in the audio version, comes alive on screen with lyricist Swanand Kirkire giving India its clarion call for 2010: Aal Izz Well. Rush for it.
